Scientific research achievements:
Mainly engaged in teaching and research in the field of food safety and quality control.
Focused on the basic problems and key control theories that affect the safety of food processing, mainly researching and developing low-cost, high-throughput detection technology of food safety, and in-situ control technology in food processing.
1) Aiming at food borne pathogens, food packaging pollutants, illegal food additives, food additives and other pollutants, a multi index linkage detection technology for food safety was developed, including sample pretreatment, surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) detection method, equipment and supporting reagents.
2) Combined with biological and chemical prevention and control methods, research and development of food safety control technology based on food processing process, using the existing effective ingredients or beneficial bacteria in food, without changing the existing basic processing technology of food production, effectively reduce the harm of pathogenic bacteria, spoilage bacteria, biological toxins and packaging pollutants to human body.
